Welcome to the Nordicarchives.com website. We are passionate about sharing the best of what our Nordic region has to offer and hope you find us inspiring. Nordic Archives provides services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement (the “Agreement”). In addition, when you use any of our services, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. We reserve the right to change this “Site” (www.nordicarchives.com) and these terms and conditions at any time.

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

USE OF SITE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

Except as permitted in the paragraph above, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by us in writing. You may not make any commercial use of any of the information provided on the Site or make any use of the Site for the benefit of another business unless explicitly permitted by us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

You shall not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any Content, information, or other material that (a) violates or infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person; (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under Norwegian or international law; or (c) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses or other harmful code or properties.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All pictures, work, text, graphics, images, audio clips, and software (the “Content”), belongs exclusively to Nordic Archives, or its affiliates. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all Content on this Site (the “Compilation”) belongs exclusively to Nordic Archives or its affiliates.

The use of any of our trademarks without our express written consent is strictly prohibited. You may not use our trademarks or service marks in connection with any product or service in any way that is likely to cause confusion. You may not use our trademarks or service marks in any manner that disparages or discredits us. You may not use any of our trademarks or service marks in meta tags without prior explicit consent.

PRICES

All prices displayed are incl. VAT.

SHIPPING

Within 24 hours after we receive your order, we ship it, on every working day. Orders received on weekends or holidays are shipped next business day. The normal delivery time is 1 respective 8 working days from the day the order was placed depending on where in the world you are located.

A freight cost is added to each order. The freight cost depends of the number of products in the shipment and where you want the parcel delivered.

Your products will be sent directly to your home address. Larger shipments have to be collected at your local post-office.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

At present we accept the following payments:
U.S. businesses can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

Australian, Canadian, European, Hong Kongese, Japanese, and Singaporean businesses can accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
When confirming your purchase, you are entering into a binding agreement for your purchase. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact Nordic Archives Customer service.

If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it for you. Shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.

TRANSPORTATION

Nordic Archives accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 14 days. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport.

RETURN POLICY
www.nordicarchives.com provide 14 days return valid from the day the item is received. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it. Returned goods should be protected in the Nordic Archives box we have provided. No tape is to be attached to the product. Please attach the forwarded receipt or a copy of this. If the product shows signs of having been used in a way so it can be said that it undermines the value of the goods, you lose the right to return it. The same applies to the packaging.

When we receive the product and accepted the return, we will transfer the entire purchase amount back to the account from which the payment has occurred. It is not possible to transfer the return amount to another account. Remember to save the receipt for shipment, so you can document that the goods are sent. You must pay for all shipping costs of return.

NON PICKED UP GOODS

If we receive packages that have not been collected at the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment. An invoice will be sent to you. Settlement of the invoice shall be within 10 days.

GIFT CARD AND E-GIFT CARDS

Our gift certificates are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
The residual value of both the gift card e-gift card customer can request paid no later than 1 year after the gift card’s expiration.

APPLICABLE LAW

By using the Site, you agree that the laws of Norway, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and us.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, failed deliveries from suppliers, costly event, and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and influences agreements and commitments on Nordicarchives.com webpage, allowing Nordic Archives not able to fulfill the agreement / pledge. Constitute the basis that Nordic Archives be released from their obligations to fulfill that contract.
